If you have imported or manufactured in the U.S. any time in the past 11 years anything containing Perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) substances you will be required to report this information to the EPA for each year starting January 1, 2011, under an amendment to the Toxic Substances Controls Act.
