GREGORY TOTH is an associate with Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. He represents and advises importers, exporters, and foreign governments on trade remedies and related policy.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Toth worked with the trade and arbitration groups of a prominent Japanese law firm, where he contributed to WTO and other treaty-based disputes concerning free trade and bilateral investment as well as submissions to various UN working groups and treaty negotiations.

Mr. Toth has been an adjunct professor of law and governance with several institutions. He is a member of the Washington, D.C., bar and is admitted to practice before the Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (pending). He holds a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, a master of international law degree from the University of Geneva, a master of global business degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Ph.D. concerning international governance from the University of Florida School of Natural Resources and Conservation. Mr. Toth is proficient in Japanese.
