Height-adjustable desks – new IPR infringement complaint filed on height-adjustable desk platforms and certain components thereof (complainant Versa Products Inc.; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Motorized vehicles – in infringement investigation 337-TA-1132 of motorized vehicles and components thereof, institution of a proceeding to determine whether to modify the remedial orders to explicitly exempt a particular vehicle

Syringes – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1207 of pre-filled syringes for intravitreal injection and components thereof (complainants Novartis Pharma AG, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, and Novartis Technology LLC)
