USMCA: Timeline for Implementation

The U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement modernizing NAFTA has been signed again after updates designed to elicit the support of the U.S. Congress. While Congress is expected to quickly approve legislation implementing the USMCA, enactment doesn’t mean traders can begin using the agreement’s terms right away. This webinar will cover issues such as when the agreement is likely to be implemented, the next steps for being able to utilize the agreement, and whether NAFTA will be suspended or withdrawn.
