Microfluidic systems – rescission of remedial orders issued in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1068 of microfluidic devices and investigation 337-TA-1100 of microfluidic systems and components thereof and products containing same

Optical cables – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1233 of active optical cables and products containing same based on withdrawal of the complaint by Cosemi Technologies Inc.

Smart thermostats – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1277 of smart thermostats, load control switches, and components thereof (complainant Causam Enterprises Inc.; respondents located in Canada, China, and the U.S.)

Test instruments – in investigation 337-TA-1104 of multi-domain test and measurement instruments, rescission of three consent orders to exclude certain products subject to a settlement agreement
