- received an application to expand the service area of FTZ 15 in Kansas City, Mo., and include an additional magnet site (comments due by Nov. 19)

- received an application to reorganize FTZ 218 to cover a service area of St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties in Florida (comments due by Nov. 22)

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the AbbVie Ltd. facility within FTZ 7 in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico, where AbbVie already had authority to produce pharmaceutical products, to add a finished product and a foreign-status material
