Pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Plastic bags – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia for the period Aug. 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020
Propane cylinders – dumping margin of 14.11 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel propane cylinders from Thailand for the period Dec. 27, 2018, through July 31, 2020
PTFE resin – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determination on granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India, preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination, and new AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 10.01 percent, and (2) preliminary affirmative dumping determination on granular PTFE from Russia, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 17.36 percent
Wooden cabinets – preliminary determination that Goldenhome Living Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Xiamen Goldenhome Co. Ltd. for purposes of AD duty order on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China
