Bedroom furniture – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Lemon juice – sunset review determination that termination of suspended AD injury investigation on lemon juice from Argentina would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

New sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders, which will lead to either the revocation or continuation of these orders

- paper clips from China (AD)

- brass sheet and strip from France, Germany, Italy, and Japan (AD)

- stainless steel sheet and strip from Japan (AD), Korea (AD/CV), and Taiwan

- steel nails from the United Arab Emirates (AD)

- uranium from Russia (CV)

Request reviews – Sept. 30 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022 (AD), or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil (AD/CV), India (AD/CV), Korea (AD/CV), and the United Kingdom (AD)

- emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil, Korea, Mexico, and Poland (AD)

- forged steel fittings from Taiwan (AD)

- foundry coke from China (AD)

- fresh tomatoes from Mexico (AD)

- heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea (AD), Mexico (AD), and Turkey (AD/CV)

- kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China (AD/CV)

- lined paper products from China (AD) and India (AD/CV)

- magnesia carbon bricks from China (AD/CV) and Mexico (AD)

- methionine from Japan and Spain (AD; March 4, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022)

- narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- oil country tubular goods from India (AD/CV), Korea (AD), Turkey (AD/CV), and Vietnam (AD)

- polyethylene terephthalate sheet from Korea and Oman (AD)

- raw flexible magnets from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- stainless steel wire rod from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan (AD)

- steel concrete reinforcing bars from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine (AD)

- steel racks from China (AD/CV)

- steel wheels 12 to 16.5 inches in diameter from China (AD/CV)

Wind towers – dumping margin of 2.58 percent for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on utility-scale wind towers from Korea for the period Feb. 14, 2020, through July 31, 2021
