- received a notification of proposed production activity (using foreign steel wire rope) at the Aker Solutions Inc. facility within FTZ 82 in Mobile, Ala. (comments due by Nov. 28)

- received a notification of proposed production activity (for boat engines and related equipment) at the Mercury Marine facility within FTZ 72 in Brownsburg, Ind. (comments due by Nov. 28)

- authorized production under zone procedures at the GHSP Inc. facilities within FTZ 189 in Haven, Hart, and Holland, Mich.

- authorized the expansion of FTZ 164 to include a service area of Muskogee County, Okla.
