Engines – preliminary determination that (1) imports of dual-piston engines with a single common combustion chamber, of the type designed by FNA Group Inc., produced in and exported from China, constitute lager-developed merchandise that circumvents the AD/CV duty orders on vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc and parts thereof from China and (2) this finding should be applied on a country-wide basis
Rubber – dumping margin of zero for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Mexico for the period Sept. 1, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021
Solar cells – possible revocation of AD/CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China with respect to certain off-grid small portable CSPV panels
Steel fittings – net subsidy rate of 15.36 percent in amended final results of administrative review of CV duty order on forged steel fittings from China for the period March 14 through Dec. 31, 2018, pursuant to court decision
Tubular goods – (1) final affirmative AD determinations on oil country tubular goods from Argentina, Mexico, and Russia, (2) final affirmative CV determinations on such goods from Korea and Russia, (3), final affirmative critical circumstances determination with respect to Mexico and Russia (AD), and (4) final negative critical circumstances determinations with respect to Argentina and Russia (CV)
