Cold-rolled steel – (1) net subsidy rates of 0.27 to 9.18 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020, and (2) dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on such goods for the period Sept. 1, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021
Lined paper – (1) dumping margins of zero to 215.93 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on lined paper products from India for the period Sept. 1, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021, and (2) rescission of review with respect to four companies
PET sheet – dumping margin of 4.16 percent for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate sheet from Oman for the period March 3, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021
Pipes and tubes – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period March 1, 2020, through Feb. 28, 2021
Steel racks – (1) dumping margins of 27.95 to 39.16 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel racks and parts thereof from China for the period Sept. 1, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021, and (2) net subsidy rate of 21.02 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on steel racks and parts thereof from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
