Aluminum extrusions – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Quartz products – final ruling that imports of quartz slab manufactured in China and processed in Malaysia are covered by the scope of the AD/CV duty orders on quartz surface products from China
Stainless steel – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on stainless steel sheet and strip from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Steel cylinders – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on non-refillable steel cylinders from China for the period Aug. 28, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Steel products – final determination that KG Steel Corporation (dba KG Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd.) is the successor-in-interest to KG Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd. for purposes of the AD/CV duty orders on cold-rolled steel flat products and corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea and is therefore entitled to its AD/CV cash deposit rates
