Aluminum extrusions – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Cement – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on gray Portland cement and cement clinker from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at levels up to 69.89 percent
Rebar – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the rate of 15.99 percent
Steel wire rod – dumping margin of zero for one producer and/or exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Korea for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021
Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD duty orders, which will result in their revocation or continuation
- fresh garlic from China
- stilbenic optical brightening agents from China and Taiwan
- large-diameter seamless pipe from Japan
- small-diameter seamless pipe from Japan and Romania
