Chipsets – new IPR infringement complaint filed on integrated circuits, chipsets, and electronic devices and products containing same (complainants NXP Semiconductors N.V. and NXP USA Inc.; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Plastic bags – rescission of general exclusion order issued in 1988 in investigation 337-TA-266 of recloseable plastic bags and tubing in light of the expiration of the patent at issue and the cancellation of the trademark at issue

Road milling machines – issuance of modified limited exclusion order and two modified cease and desist orders in investigation 337-TA-1067 of road milling machines and components thereof

Vaping cartridges – institution of patent and trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1286 of oil-vaping cartridges, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainant Shenzhen Smoore Technology Limited; respondents located in the U.S.)
