Candles – continuation of AD duty order on petroleum wax candles from China, effective Oct. 29.

Carbon – dumping margins of $0.55/kg to $0.94/kg in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on activated carbon from China for the period April 1, 2017, through March 31, 2018

Flooring – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2018, through Nov. 30, 2019, and final determination that Arte Mundi (Shanghai) Aesthetic Home Furnishings Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Scholar Home (Shanghai) New Material Co. Ltd.

Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of 2.43 to 4.03 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Oct. 1, 2019, through Sept. 30, 2020

Magnesium – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on alloy magnesium from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
