Beverages – new IPR infringement complaint filed on electrolyte-containing beverages and labeling and packaging thereof (complainants CAB Enterprises Inc. and Sueros y Bebidas Rehidratantes S.A. de C.V.; proposed respondents located in Mexico)

Sweeteners – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1264 of high-potency sweeteners, processes for making same, and products containing same (complainants Celanese International Corporation, Celanese (Malta) Company 2 Limited, and Celanese Sales U.S. Ltd.; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

TVs – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1263 of televisions, remote controls, and components thereof (complainant Roku Inc.; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Brazil, Mexico, Korea, and the U.S.)

Video processors – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1222 of video processing devices, components thereof, and digital smart televisions containing the same with respect to numerous patent claims withdrawn by complainant DivX LLC
