The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Nails – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Vietnam for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Pasta – final determination that Newlat Food S.p.A. is not the successor-in-interest to Delverde Industrie Alimentari S.p.A. for purposes of the AD duty order on pasta from Italy and will therefore continue to be subject to Newlat’s cash deposit rate, which is currently 15.45 percent
PC strand – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from China, effective May 10
Steel grating – sunset review determination that revocation of the AD and CV duty orders on steel grating from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Tubular goods – net subsidy rate of 0.38 percent (de minimis) in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on oil country tubular goods from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
