Copper pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Glycine – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on glycine from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 155.89 percent
Mushrooms – initiation of AD duty investigations of preserved mushrooms from France, the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain
Rubber – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Italy, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 28.97 percent
Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders
- finished carbon steel flanges from India (AD/CV), Italy (AD), and Spain (AD)
- frozen warmwater shrimp from China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam (AD)
- stainless steel wire rod from India (AD)
- welded stainless steel pipe from Korea and Taiwan (AD)
