Bone cements – March 9 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of a limited exclusion order in investigation 337-TA-1175 of bone cements and bone cement accessories would affect the public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Furniture – March 22 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of a limited exclusion order in investigation 337-TA-1178 of collapsible and portable furniture would affect the public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
LEDs – IPR infringement complaint filed on organic light-emitting diode displays, components thereof, and products containing same (complainants Samsung Display Co. Ltd. and Intellectual Keystone Technology LLC; proposed respondents located in Taiwan, Japan, and the U.S.)
Mobile devices – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1215 of mobile electronic devices and laptop computers with respect to one patent with respect to which complainant Maxell Ltd. withdrew its complaint
