Cleaning devices – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1304 of wet dry surface cleaning devices (complainants Bissell Inc. and Bissell Homecare Inc.; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)

Core orientation systems – new IPR infringement complaint filed on core orientation systems, products containing such, components thereof, and methods of using the same (complainants Australian Mud Company Pty Ltd. and Reflex USA LLC; proposed respondents located in Australia and the U.S.)

Fungicide – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1303 of products containing pyraclostrobin and components thereof (complainants BASF SE and BASF Corporation; respondents located in India and the U.S.)
