Mattresses – (1) final affirmative dumping determinations on mattresses from Cambodia (dumping margin of 45.34 percent), Indonesia (2.22 percent), Malaysia (42.92 percent), Serbia (112.11 percent), Thailand (37.48 to 763.28 percent), Turkey (20.03 percent), and Vietnam (114.92 to 668.38 percent) and (2) final affirmative subsidy determination on mattresses from China (net subsidy rate of 97.78 percent)
Nickel-plated steel – dumping margin of 4.56 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated, flat-rolled steel products from Japan for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019
Pipe – dumping margin of 12.03 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019
Steel cylinders – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on non-refillable steel cylinders from China, with dumping margins of 74.33 to 112.21 percent and net subsidy rates of 18.37 to 186.18 percent
Steel wire rod – dumping margin of 0.94 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Korea for the period Oct. 31, 2017, through April 30, 2019
