The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Corrosion inhibitors – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations and issuance of AD/CV duty orders on corrosion inhibitors from China

Hot-rolled steel – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Brazil for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

PTFE resin – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India and Russia

Sawblades – (1) sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on diamond sawblades from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time, (2) dumping margins of zero to 82.05 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of this order for the period Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019, and (3) dumping margins of zero and 41.03 percent in amended final results of administrative review of this order for the period Nov. 1, 2015, through Oct. 31, 2016

Steel fittings – net subsidy rate of 25.9 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on forged steel fittings from China for the period March 14 through Dec. 31, 2018
