The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum foil – (1) net subsidy rates of 17.05 to 48.36 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on aluminum foil from China for the period Aug. 14, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018, and (2) preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on aluminum foil from Oman and Turkey, with new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 2.15 percent for Oman and 2.79 percent for Turkey
Chassis – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on chassis and subassemblies thereof from China, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 182.28 percent
Engines – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on large vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc and parts thereof, new AD cash deposit rates of 173.42 to 456.1 percent, and new CV cash deposit rates of 18.96 to 20.38 percent
Line pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on welded line pipe from Korea and Turkey would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 6.22 percent for Korea and 22.95 percent for Turkey
Mushrooms – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, India, and Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
