- received a notification of proposed production activity (producing venetoclas film-coated tablets) at the AbbVie Ltd. facility within subzone 7I in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico (comments due no later than June 28)

- received a notification of proposed production activity (producing anti-viral tablets and insomnia treatment tablets) at the Patheon Pharmaceuticals Inc. facilities within FTZ 46 in Cincinnati, Ohio (comments due no later than July 5)

- received a notification of proposed production activity (producing printed circuit board assemblies, tester boxes, ribbon cable assemblies, and potentiometer boards) at the Epoch International Enterprises Inc. facility within FTZ 18 in Fremont, Calif. (comments due no later than July 6)

- approved the establishment of subzone 84AG at the Coreworks Heat Exchangers LLC facility in Waller, Texas
