- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding LEGO bricks and toy sets) at the LEGO Manufacturing Richmond Inc. facilities within FTZ 207 in Chester and Colonial Heights, Va.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pharmaceutical chemicals) at the Curia Global Inc. facility within FTZ 121 in Rensselaer, N.Y.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pharmaceutical products) at the Patheon Pharmaceuticals Inc. facility within FTZ 46 in Cincinnati, Ohio

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding wheel hub-bearing assemblies) at the CoLinx LLC facility within FTZ 148 in Crossville, Tenn.

- approved the establishment of subzone 265D at the Bollore Logistics USA Inc. facility in Conroe, Texas
