The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Cabinets – initiation of inquiries to determine if the AD/CV duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China are being circumvented by imports from Malaysia and Vietnam of subject goods from China that are further processed in these countries and include components from these countries
Citric acid – preliminary determination that Citribel nv is the successor-in-interest to S.A. Citrique Belge N.V. and should be assigned the same AD cash deposit rate for purposes of the AD duty order on citric acid and citrate salts from Belgium
Honey – issuance of AD duty orders on raw honey from Argentina, Brazil, India, and Vietnam, effective June 10, with current AD cash deposit rates of 9.17 to 49.44 percent for Argentina, 7.89 and 83.72 percent for Brazil, 5.52 to 6.24 percent for India, and 58.74 to 61.27 percent for Vietnam
Nails – dumping margin of 78.17 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021
Steel fittings – net subsidy rate of 13.48 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on forged steel fittings from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019
