Sweeteners – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1264 of high-potency sweeteners, processes for making same, and products containing same with respect to one respondent based on a consent order with complainants Celanese International Corporation, Celanese (Malta) Company 2 Limited, and Celanese Sales U.S. Ltd.
Test kits – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1239 of gabapentin immunoassay kits and test strips, components thereof, and methods therefor with respect to four respondents based on complainant ARK Diagnostics Inc.’s partial withdrawal of its complaint
