Copper – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on phosphor copper from Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 8.43 percent
Glycine – (1) dumping margins of 20.72 and 31.76 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on glycine from India for the period June 1, 2020, through May 31, 2021, (2) net subsidy rates of 3.00 to 3.11 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on glycine from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020, and (3) rescission of reviews with respect to seven companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD and CV duties on entries of goods from these companies at the applicable cash deposit rates
MSG – preliminary determination that PT Daesang Ingredients Indonesia is the successor-in-interest to PT Miwon Indonesia for purposes of the AD duty order on monosodium glutamate from Indonesia
Stainless steel – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at margins of 75.6 and 190.71 percent
Steel plate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on stainless steel plate from Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
