- received a request to add foreign-status plastic terminal battery caps to the existing production authority at the BMW Manufacturing Company LLC facility within subzone 38A in Spartanburg, S.C. (comments due by March 7)

- received a request to remove a restriction on production authority at the OFS Fitel LLC facility within FTZ 26 in Carrollton, Ga., and allow OFS to choose during customs entry procedures the duty rates that apply to optical fiber cable (duty-free) and optical fibers/bundles/ribbon (6.7 percent duty) for a variety of foreign-status materials and components (comments due by March 28)

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the AbbVie Ltd. facility within FTZ 7 in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico
