Mattresses – preliminary negative CV duty determination on mattresses from India

Request reviews – Jan. 31 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

- biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia (CV)

- calcium hypochlorite from China (AD/CV)

- carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Belarus (AD), China (AD/CV), Russia (AD), and the United Arab Emirates (AD)

- crepe paper products from China (AD)

- ferrovanadium from China and South Africa (AD)

- folding gift boxes from China (AD)

- forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany and Italy (AD/CV) and China and India (CV)

- hardwood plywood products from China (AD/CV)

- oil country tubular goods from China (CV)

- polyester textured yarn from China and India (AD/CV)

- potassium permanganate from China (AD)

- preserved mushrooms from France (AD)

- pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Brazil, India, Korea, Mexico, and Thailand (AD)

- softwood lumber from Canada (AD/CV)

- tool chests and cabinets from China (CV)

- wooden bedroom furniture from China (AD)

Steel shelving – dumping margins of 1.4 and 2.54 percent in amended preliminary affirmative dumping determination on boltless steel shelving units pre-packaged for sale from Thailand

Steel wire strand – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Malaysia for the period Nov. 19, 2020, through May 31, 2022

Transformers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 29.04 percent
