Nicotine delivery systems – termination of patent infringement investigations 337-TA-1139 of electronic nicotine delivery systems and components thereof and 337-TA-1141 of cartridges for such systems with respect to various respondents based on settlement agreements with complainant Juul Labs Inc.
Radioisotope infusion systems – termination without the imposition of import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1110 of strontium-rubidium radioisotope infusion systems and components thereof, including generators
Vinyl tile – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1155 of luxury vinyl tile and components thereof with respect to three respondents based on a settlement with complainants Mohawk Industries Inc., Flooring Industries Ltd., and IVC US Inc.
Wearable monitoring devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on wearable monitoring devices, systems, and components thereof (complainants Philips North America LLC and Koninklijke Philips NV Inc.; proposed respondents located in Switzerland and the U.S.)
