3-D LiDar devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on 3-D LiDar devices and products containing the same (including autonomous vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, industrial machines, and robotics) and components thereof (complainant Velodyne Lidar Inc., proposed respondents located in China, comments due by Aug. 29)

Child-resistant closures – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1175 of child-resistant closures with slider devices having a user-actuated insertable torpedo for selectively opening the closure and slider devices therefor (complainant Reynolds Presto Products Inc., respondents located in China and Japan)

Cholesterol testing strips – decision to review final initial determination of violation in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1116 of blood cholesterol testing strips and associated systems containing the same and Aug. 27 deadline for comments on (1) the form of remedy, if any, that should be ordered, (2) the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and (3) the amount of the bond under which infringing articles could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-ordered remedy

Convertible sofas – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1122 of convertible sofas and components thereof following a finding of no violation

Toner cartridges – new IPR infringement complaint filed on toner cartridges, components thereof, and systems containing same (complainants Brother Industries Ltd., Brother International Corporation (U.S.A.), and Brother Industries (U.S.A.) Inc.; proposed respondents located in Hong Kong, China, and the U.S.; comments on public interest issues due by Aug. 30)
