Cell phones – May 5 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of the recommended limited exclusion orders and cease and desist orders in investigation 337-TA-1138 of LTE- and 3G-compliant cellular communications devices would affect the public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Fuel vapor canisters – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1140 of multi-stage fuel vapor canister systems and activated carbon components thereof following a determination of no violation
Nicotine cartridges – issuance of limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against respondents found to be in default in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1141 of cartridges for electronic nicotine delivery systems and components thereof and determination to set a bond equal to 281 percent of entered value
Truck bed covers – in investigation 337-TA-1143, issuance of (1) limited exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of folding cover assemblies for pickup truck cargo boxes and components thereof that infringe specified patent and trademark claims and are manufactured or imported by or on behalf of the defaulting respondent or any of its affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, or other related business entities, or their successors or assigns, and (2) a cease and desist order prohibiting this respondent from importing, selling, marketing, advertising, distributing, offering for sale, transferring (except for exportation), and soliciting U.S. agents or distributors for such goods
