Bone cements – new IPR infringement complaint filed on bone cements and bone cement accessories (complainants Zimmer Inc. and Zimmer US Inc., proposed respondents located in Germany and the U.S., comments on public interest issues due by Sept. 3)
Intraoral scanners – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1090 of intraoral scanners and related hardware and software due to a finding of no violation
LED lighting devices – issuance of general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of LED lighting devices and components thereof that infringe specified patent claims asserted by Fraen Corporation
Mobile electronic devices – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1093 of mobile electronic devices and radio frequency and processing components thereof based on a settlement between the respondents and complainant Qualcomm Incorporated
Portable furniture – new IPR infringement complaint filed on collapsible and portable furniture (complainant GCI Outdoor Inc.; proposed respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.; comments on public interest issues due by Aug. 30)
