The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Port of Stockton, Calif., grantee of FTZ 231, a request to add the Medline Industries Inc. facilities in Stockton and Tracy as additional sites within subzone 231A. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. Comments on this request are due no later than June 8.

The FTZ Board has received from the Port of Corpus Christi Authority, grantee of FTZ 122, a notification of proposed production activity at the M & G Resins LLC facility located within subzone 122S in Corpus Christi, Texas. This facility will be used for the manufacturing of polyethylene terephthalate and terephthalic acid, and FTZ activity would be limited to the specific foreign-status materials and components and specific finished products described in the notification and subsequently authorized by the Board. Comments on this notification are due no later than June 9.
