- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Amcor Flexibles LLC facility within FTZ 29 in Shelbyville, Ky., where Amcor already has authority to product flexible packaging, to add one finished product and one foreign-status material or component to the scope of authority (comments due by Sept. 16)

- authorized production under zone procedures at the Airbus OneWeb Satellites LLC facility within FTZ 136 in Merritt Island, Fla., which is used for the production of satellites for commercial, private, and military applications, with a requirement that lithium batteries be admitted in privileged foreign status
