Barcode scanners – new IPR infringement complaint filed on barcode scanners, mobile computers with barcode scanning capabilities, scan engines, RFID printers, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainants Zebra Technologies Corporation and Symbol Technologies LLC; proposed respondents located in the U.S.)

In vitro products – initial determination finding a Section 337 violation on in vitro fertilization products, components thereof, and products containing the same and Feb. 28 deadline for written comments on the remedy that might be imposed

Solar modules – in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1223 of shingled solar modules, components thereof, and methods for manufacturing the same, initial finding of a violation and Feb. 18 deadline for comments on the remedy that might be imposed

Vaporizer cartridges – in investigation 337-TA-1211, issuance of (1) general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of vaporizer cartridges and components thereof that infringe patents asserted by Juul Labs Inc. and (2) cease and desist orders against a number of respondents
