Propane cylinders – dumping margin of 2.17 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel propane cylinders from Thailand for the period Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022
Steel bar – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Steel flat products – dumping margins of 0.88 to 2.7 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022
Steel tubing – continuation of AD duty orders on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from China, Germany, India, Italy, Korea, and Switzerland, and CV duty orders on such tubing from China and India, effective Feb. 14
Wind towers – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on utility-scale wind towers from Spain for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
