Lemon juice – initiation of AD duty investigations of lemon juice from Brazil and South Africa
Nails – initiation of AD duty investigations of steel nails from India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Turkey and CV duty investigations of steel nails from India, Oman, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Turkey
PET film – dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020
Pipes and tubes – final determination that Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Sirketi (A.S.) is the successor-in-interest to Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi for purposes of the AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey and should be accorded the same treatment (i.e., subject goods both produced and exported by this company are excluded from the scope of the order)
PTFE resin – (1) final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India and Russia, with dumping margins of 13.09 percent for India and 17.99 percent for Russia and net subsidy rates of 31.89 percent for India and 2.53 percent for Russia, and (2) final affirmative critical circumstances determination in AD and CV investigations of India
