Hot-rolled steel – (1) dumping margin of 21.48 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Turkey for the period Oct. 1, 2018, through Sept. 30, 2019, and (2) rescission of administrative review of such goods from Brazil for the period Oct. 1, 2019, through Sept. 30, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Pipe and tube – dumping margin of 35.06 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019
PTFE Resin – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India and Russia
Steel bar – dumping margins of zero and 30.92 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1, 2019, through Jan. 31, 2020
