Background

The federal agencies listed below are seeking comments on the proposed extension or revision of information collections concerning the following.

Bureau of Industry and Security

- export licensing responsibilities and enforcement, including exchanges of documents among parties in export transactions and export control statements on shipping documents (comments due by Feb. 28)

International Trade Commission

- trade remedy investigations, including antidumping and countervailing injury, escape clause, NAFTA safeguard, market disruption, interference with USDA programs, rules of origin, and import injury (comments due by March 30)

Treasury Department

- form TTB F 5120.25, drawback on wines exported (comments due by March 2)
