- approved the expansion of subzone 18F at the Lam Research Corporation facility in Livermore, Calif.
- approved the reorganization of FTZ 145 to cover a service area of Caddo and Bossier parishes, Louisiana, in and adjacent to the Shreveport port of entry
- approved the reorganization of FTZ 252 to cover a service area of Armstrong, Oldham, Potter, and Randall counties, Texas, in and adjacent to the Amarillo port of entry
