- authorized an expansion of production authority at the Pfizer Inc. facilities within FTZ 43 in Kalamazoo, Mich., where Pfizer already had authority to produce pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, and animal healthcare products, to add an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine
- approved the establishment of subzone 49W at the Getinge Group Logistics Americas LLC facility in Dayton, N.J.
