Mobile access equipment – final affirmative CV injury determination on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China

Pipes and tubes – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 9.87 to 14.7 percent

Rebar – (1) dumping margins of 33.35 and 66.7 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2019, through Oct. 31, 2020, and (2) net subsidy rates of 0.07 and 1.75 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on rebar from Mexico for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019

Urea – preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on urea ammonium nitrate solutions from Russia and Trinidad and Tobago and new CV duty cash deposit requirements at rates of 9.66 to 9.84 percent for Russia and 1.83 percent for Trinidad and Tobago

Wind towers – issuance of AD duty orders on utility-scale wind towers from India and Malaysia and CV duty order on such goods from India, effective Dec. 6
