Chocolate milk powder – institution of trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1232 of chocolate milk powder and packaging thereof (complainant Meenaxi Enterprise Inc.; respondents located in the U.S.)

Grills – new IPR infringement complaint filed on cloud-connected wood-pellet grills and components thereof (complainant Traeger Pellet Grills LLC; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)

OLED display devices – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1225 of active matrix OLED display devices and components thereof after withdrawal of complaint by Solas OLED Ltd.

Optical cables – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1223 of active optical cables and products containing the same (complainant Cosemi Technologies Inc.; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)
