- John Good Logistics Inc., Saddle Brook, NJ (QI change)

- Leela Logistics Group Inc., Chalfont, PA (new NVO and OFF license)

- Universal Logistics USA Inc., Buffalo, NY (QI change)

- Worldwide Logistics Inc. dba Worldwide Logistics Group Inc., Paramus, NJ (new NVO and OFF license)
