Armature devices – in trade secret misappropriation investigation 337-TA-1186 of balanced armature devices, products containing same, and components thereof, summary determination of Section 337 violation and Aug. 16 deadline for comments on the form of remedy that should be ordered, the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and the amount of the bond under which infringing articles could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-ordered remedy
Laptops – new IPR infringement complaint filed on laptops, desktops, servers, mobile phones, tablets, and components thereof (complainant Sonrai Memory Ltd.; proposed respondents located in China, Korea, and the U.S.)
Security monitors – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1273 of residential premises security monitoring and automation control panels and components thereof (complainants ADT LLC and The ADT Security Corporation; respondent located in the U.S.)
Tobacco heaters – in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1199 of tobacco heating articles and components thereof, final initial determination of Section 337 violation and Aug. 10 deadline for comments on the form of remedy that should be ordered, the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and the amount of the bond under which infringing articles could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-ordered remedy
