Corrosion-resistant steel – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 39.05 and 241.07 percent
Lockers – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on metal lockers and parts thereof from China, effective Aug. 20, with current AD cash deposit rates of 10.71 and 311.71 percent and CV cash deposit rates of 24.66 and 131.51 percent
Shrimp – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2021, for 239 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Silicon metal – issuance of AD duty order on silicon metal from Malaysia, effective Aug. 19, with current AD cash deposit rate of 12.27 percent
Solar cells – dumping margin of 5.08 percent in amended final results of 2015/2016 administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China
