Copper pipe and tube – final affirmative AD injury determination on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam
DOTP – dumping margin of 47.86 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on dioctyl terephthalate from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020
Nails – amended scope ruling finding that split-drive anchors are not covered by the AD duty order on steel nails from China
Plastic bags – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 5.28 and 52.56 percent
Tubular goods – preliminary determination that imports of welded oil country tubular goods completed in Brunei or the Philippines using inputs manufactured in China are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on OCTG from China
