The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Fertilizers – preliminary affirmative CV injury determination on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco and Russia

Ribbons – net subsidy rate of 12.83 percent for one company in amended final results of administrative reviews of CV duty order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2015, pursuant to court decision

Steel sinks – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from China for the period April 1, 2019, through March 31, 2020, with respect to 23 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Twist ties – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on twist ties from China

Wood moldings – (1) preliminary affirmative AD duty determination on wood moldings and millwork products from China, with new AD cash deposit rates of 40.30 to 359.16 percent, and (2) preliminary negative AD duty determination on such goods from Brazil
